HOW IT WORKS

► After you have made the purchase, I will get in touch with you via the email address you provided for customisation

► We will finalise a due date to submit all the content for your website so that I can start the website after I receive your content and also finalise a date for publishing your website!

► I will email you in every step of the design process to get your feedback and work with you to create a one-of-a-kind website for your unique needs.

► You will need to get a paid subscription for your hosting platform (Squarespace) to go live with your website.

DESIGN PROCESS

► You will receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase. This email will include a welcome package (PDF) and a Document for you to complete, detailing any wants & and needs for your site, along with any files.

► Welcome package outlines the detailed process of the web development process, the scopes and all other necessary information

► To ensure you are happy with your website, I will email you at every step of the design process and get your feedback. We will work together to create a one-of-a-kind website for your unique business needs.

► As the owner of your website, it is your responsibility to provide the content for each page on time. However, I can assist you in locating free-to-use images, fonts, and other resources that are suitable for commercial purposes.

► Due to the Digital Nature of the purchase, There are absolutely NO REFUNDS given once a service is purchased. YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS WHEN PURCHASING

► Please note that the purchase of this listing does not include any additional costs for stock images, fonts, plug-ins, or other items. These will incur separate charges.

► If you happen to make any changes to your site after it has been handed over, and require my assistance to fix it, please keep in mind that there will be an additional charge for those fixes.

► While I'm happy to help you with the design and building of your website, I'm not a lawyer and cannot provide legal advice. If you have any legal questions related to your website or online selling, it's best to contact a lawyer.

► A website design needs to be completed within 2 weeks from when I receive the document back. If you do not respond to my emails or complete the document provided, I cannot complete the design, therefore the project will be considered as complete.

** I plan to complete a website within 2 weeks after the project starts. If someone disappears for months after purchasing or in the middle of the project, it would be unfair to me for you to expect me to restart the project after 5 - 6 months. I work collaboratively with my clients and I expect my clients to respond in the given timeline so that I can deliver the projects on time. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
